By placing an order with Canopy Floral, you agree to the following terms:
1. Product Availability & Substitutions
As we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, arrangements may vary slightly from those pictured. If a particular bloom is unavailable, we will substitute with something of equal or greater value — always maintaining the same aesthetic and quality.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in NZD. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
3. Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of our products.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo so we can resolve the issue.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used solely for order processing and communication. We will never share or sell your information.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, courier disruption, etc.).
