Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout New Plymouth and wider Taranaki. If you're unsure whether your address is included, feel free to reach out to us before ordering.

Can I request same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4pm (NZT), Monday - Sunday. Orders placed after this cutoff will be delivered the next business day. Delivery will be between 12 and 5pm.

Do you deliver on weekends?
We sure do! Normal delivery times apply and  for special weekend events, weddings or custom orders, please contact us directly.

What happens if no one is home to receive the flowers?
We’ll always try to leave your order in a safe, shaded spot. If this isn’t possible, the flowers may be returned to us, and a redelivery fee may apply. Please ensure you’ve given accurate delivery instructions at checkout.

Can I choose a delivery time?
We can’t guarantee exact times, but we’ll always do our best to meet any specific requests. Let us know in the notes section at checkout otherwise all delivery’s will be between 12 and 5pm.

What if I made a mistake with the delivery address?
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If a mistake is made and the flowers have already gone out, we’ll do our best to help — but a redelivery fee may apply.
