Refund policy

At Canopy Floral, every arrangement is made with care and intention. As many of our products are custom, made-to-order, or perishable, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

If something isn’t right with your order — such as damage in transit or an incorrect delivery — please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving it. You can email emily@canopyfloral.co.nz with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect delivery details entered at checkout

  • We can’t guarantee re-delivery if no one is home and no safe place is available to leave the order

  • Delivery delays due to weather, courier issues, or other external factors are outside our control
